Seating chart dreams!!!
If you have over 50 guests we strongly suggest having your seating chart in alphabetical order. It will help your guests in finding their names a bit easier. We also recommend putting your seating chart/escort cards in cocktail hour that was your guests have a full hour to learn what table they will be sitting at. It can cause a traffic jam if you have it in the actual reception.

As an event designer, we pull inspiration from so many sources that don’t have to do with events at all sometimes. For example, these ballerinas. It has been on my wedding bucket list to have ballerinas dance on tables as guests sat at them. The inspiration came from the Kanye West music video “Runaway” (I miss the old Kanye). The scene of the music video was minimalistic while the ballerinas created an impactful moment. I wanted the same scene for the and brought that to life for me along with the talented team below!

The morning of the wedding started with a beautiful video album the groom, Dori created being delivered to Sydney’s room for her to watch. It was a video not only from him, but also Sydney’s childhood crush and someone she has admired since she was little congratulating her on wedding day! But, Dori didn’t stop there! Cue Donny Osmond!
How many people does it take to flip a room from ceremony to reception? A-LOT! The venue, floral team, rental company, wedding planing team, production team, etc. had all hands on deck to make this happen and with time left to spare!
