I was very unhappy with he birthday flowers I ordered for my daughter in Denver (Firestone) on Tuesday, September 21. I paid $100, but they were not worth $100, and I didn't get what I ordered...I ordered bright Spring flowers in a tall glass vase in which she received a short container with only two small flowers with a lot of foilege, and no ribbon. Not acceptable...I tried to call you today for a replacement, but you were closed. I have ordered from you folks for 25 years and have always been satisfied, until now....please respond.

For over 30 years I've been waiting for the love of my life to come find me again. So when she did find me,I found out that she was 1,500 miles away at a time when I couldn't reach her. I might as well been on the other side of the planet. I had to let her know she had never left my heart, but how? After calling several florists in Las Vegas l found one. Dibella florists , and a woman named Amy answered the call. My request was asking a lot of Dibella flowers all things considered in the middle of a pandemic. I only use Dibella flowers for all my flower needs. Their attention to detail and same day delivery makes my wife and friends happy. Stop using the 1800 flowers or other knock offs. These guys are local and legit! Website is super easy and if I ever have a question their customer service is fantastic! Wish I could give 6 stars!!!

It's Mothers Day! Like every child I sent flowers to my Mother to be delivered on Friday. Matter of fact the ones in the picture were the ones she was supposed to receive. Only she wasn't home when they delivered them and the delivery driver walked them across the street to the neighbors and left her a note telling her where they were. The first problem is there is no address as the one the driver gave. Second my brother went to ALL of the neighbors and no one "has" the flowers. Third http://www.dibellaflowers.com/ has acted as if my 74 year old mother is trying to scam flowers from them. Their final response to us was "if you don't have them tonight call us in the morning and we'll send you a new arrangement. " only problem is it's Sunday and they are closed today. So instead of enjoying the flowers and smelling their beautiful fragrance, she gets to look at a photo of them while some other mother is enjoying her flowers from her thieving child.
