For many years, I have welcomed opportunities to work with new wedding professionals. However, experience has shown that the best client outcomes come from working alongside vendors whose communication, professionalism, and service standards we know and trust.

As a result, Vegas Weddings Planner will no longer assume responsibility for vendors who are new to our team and have not been vetted through our preferred vendor network. Our preferred vendors have earned our trust through years of successful collaboration and share our commitment to creating an exceptional client experience.

While clients are always welcome to select their own vendors, our coordination services will be limited to professionals with whom we have an established working relationship.

This event was unorthodox in every way imaginable — including the fact that my mom ended up joining me for the event setup. Never did I think my family would be part of one of my work days, yet there we were, navigating impossible timelines, strong Las Vegas winds blowing décor across the venue, and more moving pieces than we realistically had time for.

While watching me mentally prepare for the event, my mom offered to help — and she truly did. She became an extra set of hands, attentive to every detail, and played a meaningful role in helping us bring the event together successfully. It turned into one of those unexpected moments that reminded me how much support, teamwork, and heart go into what we do behind the scenes.
