I miss you every day, Mom. Some days I carry it quietly, and some days like today it hits me all over again that you’re not here. It’s a different kind of hurt, and emptiness that never goes away.

You were the best mom I could’ve ever asked for. My safe place. My friend. My everything. Your love was real and I still feel it even now, even stronger.
I hope you knew how deeply I loved you. I hope you felt it in every moment we shared. Losing you didn’t take that love away just made it louder.

You are loved. You are missed. And there will never be a day where I don’t carry you with me.
