I have always considered myself a slim guy, but the truth is I was actually unhealthy internally. I even realized there was a term for it called “skinny fat”. I had a major sweet tooth and I didn’t hold back from all the bad stuff (cakes, cookies, donuts, etc). But now in my 30s it was all stating to catch up with me.

Persistent drowsiness, lack of energy, and my belly getting larger seemed to have hit me hard this year. The reality was I am not in my 20s anymore. Constant blood sugar spikes and a slowing metabolism was beginning to wreck my hormones. A couple months ago, my wife made a commitment to do a hormone/gut balance protocol which inspired me to give it a shot as well to be supportive with her (she would kill me if I ate sweets in front of her).

Fast forward today and I am mind-blown! My energy levels have surged, I feel that I have stronger mental clarity (some of you know my past), and I believe my jawline has changed. I honestly wasn’t expecting this must positive change in a couple months. For anyone who has struggled with focus and a lack of energy like myself or even feel that the gut/hormones are out of balance, this protocol is a must. Feel free to message and I will share what has transformed not just my health, but also my wife’s. We are more than happy to support those finally wanting a change just like we did.
