Greetings Philadelphia Civic Trust Trustees,

I pray this email finds you well, and that you are staying safe and healthy.

The Philadelphia Civic Trust and The Citizens Campaign is ramping up our online training and resources for the next 25 local community organizers and citizens leaders. Feel free to access our new online training portal and follow the 10-Step Problem Solving Guide attached as you develop solutions and policy proposals for the changes you want to see in the city of Philadelphia, and share your feedback via the link below.

1) Access the new online training portal at thecitizenscampaign.org to go through the videos, tools and the menu of solutions for citizen leadership. Feel free to share with others who are looking to learn how to make systematic changes in the city of Philadelphia. 2) In addition to the new online training portal, we are currently assessing and revamping our own online training via Zoom to enhance your experience in learning the 10-Step Problem Solving model per your availability. Currently we are making police reform policy proposals to Mayor Kenney and City Council, and will be scheduling a Zoom meeting with Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw about police accountability and transparency on a quarterly basis in coalition with other community organizations in Philadelphia.

We are also coordinating efforts with the Philadelphia Health Department as a part of our Lets Beat COVID Together initiative. We have Philadelphia Civic Trust masks available for pick-up now for you, family members and to distribute to vulnerable communities throughout neighborhoods in Philadelphia.
