Frank was once a street lieutenant for Tony Spilotro’s “Hole in the Wall Gang.” As Tony’s “right arm” Frank personally oversaw most of the mob’s activity conducted in Las Vegas during the 1970’s and early 1980’s. Then in 1982 Frank made the switch from “Goodfella to “Goodfellow” when he turned over a new leaf and entered the Government Witness Protection Program. Now after 30 years of proudly being on the right side of the law he is a practicing minister who can offer you a special wedding you will never forget.
