It was an outdoor drive-through activation in 2021... and the Vegas wind had no intention of cooperating.

Every floral piece had to be drilled and screwed into the ground so they wouldn’t become tumbleweeds before the cameras started rolling.

A 48-hour turnaround, a few power tools, and one very successful shoot later.

One of the most overlooked tools in event design? Directing attention.

For this brand event, we knew the bar would become one of the busiest gathering spaces of the evening. Rather than letting it blend into the background, we framed it with two large-scale florals that naturally drew guests toward the experience.

This is one of the ways florals become more than decoration.

They create visual anchors, establish focal points, and influence where guests look, gather, photograph, and interact throughout an event.

When floral design is intentional, it becomes part of the guest experience itself: guiding movement, reinforcing key moments, and elevating the overall event design.
