Part 2 of the puppies’ adoption and Boba’s plight for a new ‘home’.
I had to fill up 3 separate forms for each; we did not have any formal names for them because we were still pondering what would be best for them based on their characteristics or maybe assign them names of ‘drinks’ just like Lattè and Boba 🤔
So as I was filling up the forms, I put 1.’Gramps’ coz he looked like an old dog with his hair looking ‘unkept’ with ‘white streaks’
2.’Brown’ coz she hand brown paws and
3.’Noisy’ coz being the youngest, “complains” the most - “yapping” like she is being deprived of her chance to feed from her mother’s breast milk by her siblings!
The orange leashes signified that they were no longer “mine” (or our pets) and now accepted by the foundation; they will either be subject for adoption individually or be ‘trained’ (I guess to make them marketable)…
Hopefully they find the pups good new homes.
The next step now is to sched an appointment for Boba to be neutered, (schedules are a long virtual “line”) then a new home; otherwise we will repeat the process of having pups if Lattè gets pregnant again before she gets spayed. (They are now ‘separated’, leashed to distance him from Lattè.
Boba is about a year old, a very smart, friendly ‘blue healer’. He obeys to ‘wait’ before eating his food, can consistently “catch” (bite-size) food if you throw it to him, he gives you his left paw to “shake”, and brings himself “down” on command.
Would you like to adopt him? Although he is in a waiting list when there is an opening at the same Animal Foundation where the pups are. Dm/Pm me if you are interested.
