Jesse Johnston - Assistant Managing Director

After more than 23 years in the casino industry — the majority of which was spent managing table games departments in leadership roles at premier Las Vegas Strip properties — Jesse is now fully pursuing his lifelong passion for live entertainment and show production.

His extensive experience includes managing Burlesque troupes and Go-Go dance companies, overseeing choreography, custom costume and wardrobe creation, scheduling, talent coordination, and full-scale event production. In addition to performing in commercials and short films, Jesse later transitioned behind the camera, working as a Grip, Camera Operator, and Writer, further expanding his creative and production expertise.

In addition to Assistant Managing Director of BlackCat Productions, his responsibilities include Casting Direction, Show Coordination, Backstage Management, and Creative Direction for photoshoots. He believes his background in managing live entertainment companies provides a natural transition into the world of fashion show production.

Passionate about collaboration and live production, Jesse thrives on leading creative teams, solving challenges in fast-paced environments, and helping bring exceptional productions to life.

Giles Taylor - Owner/Managing Director

With over 20 years of experience as an international runway model, Giles Taylor has transitioned his expertise behind the scenes, becoming a respected creative force within the fashion industry. He is the founder and owner of BlackCat Productions, a Las Vegas-based company established in 2005 that specializes in the production, direction, and coordination of fashion shows.

In addition to leading BlackCat Productions, Giles serves as a Casting Director, Creative Director for editorial and commercial photo shoots, Wardrobe Stylist, Model Development Coach, and Runway Coach. His diverse experience and creative vision have made him a valued contributor to the growth and professionalism of emerging talent and fashion events.

Giles is also the owner and Creative Director of Dylan Lir Resort Wear, a contemporary men’s swimwear and resort wear brand based in Nevada.

Through BlackCat Productions and his creative ventures, Giles is committed to elevating and expanding the presence of the fashion industry in Las Vegas
