Back to work after a great Thanksgiving week with friends and family. Made some amazing pesto gnocchi with halibut. I haven't made gnocchi in several years and it was so good that I will be making it more often! Do the holidays get you in the mood to make something you haven't made in a while?

Thanksgiving is right around the corner. What family/special dishes do you make to celebrate? For me it's my mom's classic cranberry jello (yep I said Jello) salad.

Recently attended an excellent leadership event called EntreLeadership with Dave Ramsey. If it's in your area, so worth checking out. Kind of a cross between all of the wisdom of Zig Ziglar, Dave Ramsay, and John Maxwell. Very encouraging!
