We've coordinated hundreds of weddings at Lotus House, and these are the things we wish every bride knew before
walking down the aisle. The adrenaline, the timeline, the shoes — all of it. Save this post for the week before your wedding
day and thank us later. What surprised YOU most about your big day? We'd love to hear it.

1. You wont remember the first 20 minutes. The adrenaline is real. Your photographer will capture what you can't.
2. You probably won't eat unless someone makes you. Assign a bridesmaid plate duty, seriously.
3. Something will go wrong and it won't matter. The DJ plays the wrong song? Your guests won't notice. You're married.
4. You'll want 5 more minutes in every moment. Build buffer time into your timelines. You'll thank yourself.
5. The 'getting ready' part is the calmest you'll feel all day. Soak it in.
6. Your feet will hurt. Stash flats under your sweetheart table. Future you is grateful.
