Just a reminder, you cannot book a room at the Hilton Palm Springs for Tidal Wave weekend through the Hilton website or their 800 number. As Tidal Wave takes over the entire hotel, the rooms are blocked on their website and call-in reservation line and will appear as "Sold Out."

All room rates are subject to a 13.95% occupancy tax, a 3% destination fee, a $1.14 utility user's fee, and a $30.00 optional self-parking fee. Rates are based on a four-night minimum stay.

CANCELLATIONS
Tidal Wave Party Cancellation:
All refund requests for passes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request.” All refunds will be responded to within five business days. Pass refunds are available up to 45 days before the event start date. Tidal Wave ticket refunds will be issued to the CC used. Tidal Wave Pass Refunds are available until Sunday, May 4th, 2025, and are subject to a $20 cancellation fee. The Eventbrite service (3.7% + $1.79 per ticket) and payment processing fee (2.9% per order) are NON-REFUNDABLE. After May 4, 2025, no refund requests will be honored. No Exceptions.
Hilton Palm Springs – Reservation Cancellation (MUST BE DONE WITH THE HOTEL)
Guests who need to cancel their reservations have until Monday, May 19, 2025, to do so. You will need to contact the Hotel directly to cancel your room reservation. A 1-night non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of room reservation. A second non-refundable deposit to cover three (3) additional room nights and tax will be required 30 days before arrival. Any cancellations will forfeit all deposits unless a new replacement guest and credit card are received to take the reservations and deposit(s). The guest is responsible for informing the hotel of any changes to their credit card to ensure payments are processed and to keep their reservation. Even if your deposit has been taken, changes to your credit card information should be updated with the hotel, or you risk cancellation of your room.
