FYI: SOME of these car accidents are because people were REQUIRED to go to work regardless of these extreme weather conditions. They were trying to make it home afterwards. We know that insurance will NOT pay out due to “state of emergency.” HOWEVER, you CAN file a personal injury claim against your place of employment. Had it NOT been for them risking your life to make those few dollars that they did, you would have been safe at home. Take heed!
