Based in Las Vegas, NV, Amour Ceremony by Catherine Bachir is a wedding officiant business. Owner Catherine has been a certified wedding planner since 2013 and a wedding officiant since 2019. She specializes in officiating weddings, elopements, vow renewals and can also offer her ceremonies in French.
Catherine was born in Montreal Canada in 1979 , and moved to the United States states in 2009. After 3 years in Beautiful New York city, in 2013. Catherine made her new home in Las Vegas.

Catherine believes that each couple is unique and deserves a distinctive ceremony that reflects their love story. She loves being such a special part of her couples days and is happy to guide them through the process together.
Catherine’s standard fee is $400. This includes unlimited communications before the wedding day and a standard wedding script. If you're looking at a more personalized wedding script, Catherine's fee is $450.
At no extra cost, Catherine can also bring a copy of the wedding certificate after the big day. Marriage certificates are $20 per copy and can also be ordered online.

Licensing and Fees
(visit the Clark County Marriage License Bureau) The marriage license costs $102. Couples may pay with cash or a credit card. They may not pay with traveler’s checks, personal checks, or business checks. The cost of a marriage certificate which will be given to you by your officiant, cost & $20 ( per copy.) You can also order your wedding certificate online.
Witness
Only one witness is required in Las Vegas. They must also be at least 18 years of age. If a witness is under 16, an appointment from a legal guardian will need to sign the consent form.
International marriage
Couples from outside the United States can be married in Las Vegas. Most countries will want a certified copy of your marriage certificate from the County Clerk's Office and an Apostille from the Nevada Secretary of State
Las Vegas Wedding Requirements
ID, such as a passport or driver's license, along with your birth certificate and social security card, works if you don't possess a passport or driver's license. To be eligible, both parties must be at least 18 years old and have consented to the marriage.
Same-sex marriage has been legally recognized in the U.S. State of Nevada since October 9, 2014.
