At Finesse Catering, we believe every detail of an event should feel intentional, elegant, and unforgettable.

We’re excited to introduce our new tray-passed palate cleanser, a delicate and whimsical experience designed to refresh the senses between courses. Presented as a stunning edible “branch” of airy meringue blossoms, this piece is as much art as it is flavor.

Light, crisp, and subtly sweet, it offers guests a beautiful moment of pause before the next culinary course.

As a special enhancement to our events, this palate cleanser will now be included complimentary on all bookings with a $3,000 food minimum.
