At Nitasco Nuptials, we pride ourselves on organization and efficiency. We've planned many events and affairs over the course of 25 years. We've even planned major events in as little as 2 weeks with huge success. And let me tell you, any one that has put their hands to event planning in any capacity will tell you, that's a big deal!

Even with much success at planning events with less than 6 months to a year of planning time, we've found certain things to be true.

Planning ahead...

💲 SAVES MONEY

■ The closer you are to your event, often the more the prices increase. Its called supply and demand.

You also save on expedited shipping charges or convenience fees that would apply to last minute purchases and services.


📅 BETTER CHANCE OF GETTING DESIRED DATES, VENUES, LOCATIONS AND VENDORS

■ You certainly don't want to select a photographer or major vendor for your special day only because they were available. The more planning time you have, the more options you have, especially if you select a prime date or time of year...like Prom season.

Planning ahead...

✈️ ALLOWS GUESTS SUFFICIENT PLANNING TIME

■ Some of your guests may be traveling or need to schedule time off from their jobs. The more time they have, the better the chance they have of being able to make feasible accommodations that would ensure attendance.
