Did you know that the heart of Spruce Mountain Events started with a very personal "I do"? Our owner, Tara, was the first bride to ever walk down the aisle at what we now call Grace’s Chapel. 🥂💍

This ceremony spot holds a piece of our family’s heart—it was named after Tara’s daughter, Grace. Seeing Tara and David exchange vows under those branches, surrounded by the music of bagpipes and the magic of a horse-drawn carriage, truly set the tone for every love story that has followed since.

From a mother’s love to a bride’s dream, Grace’s Chapel remains a symbol of where our story began. ✨

It was a beautiful fall wedding celebration when Dana and Carlos tied the knot on 9/20/24! 🤍

Dana and Carlos picked a lovely September afternoon for their wedding day! With birds chirping and golden leaves creating the perfect backdrop for their ceremony the happy couple exchanged meaningful vows. After saying “I Do”, they enjoyed a sweet military wedding sendoff under an archway of swords.💐

The vibrant couple took amazing photographs as they made their way over to the reception area for dinner, dancing and more fun! Under twinkling lights on the cool, Colorado autumn evening, Dana and Carlos celebrated their marriage with family and friends. It was a joyful celebration and we were so happy to be a part of it! ✨

From Germany to Italy to Colorado, Sara and Robert’s love story soars to the top! ⛰️💍

Sara and Robert first met at 3am on Ramstein Air Base in August 2021, while supporting the evacuation of 124,000 people during Operation Allies Refuge in Afghanistan. Two strangers from opposite sides of Germany were brought together by one of history's most extraordinary moments. They went their separate ways the next day not knowing if they would ever meet again, but fate had other plans, and a chance reunion two weeks later led to exchanged numbers and the beginning of a worldwide love story! 💘

Fast forward to their first real date on a four-day escape to Cinque Terre, Italy, where Sara and Robert both knew in their hearts that this was their love of a lifetime! Most of their relationship was long-distance, spanning different countries and time zones, with months apart and no certainty of when they would see each other next. Sara and Robert held on because they both knew it was worth it. 🤍

In April 2025, they moved to Colorado together, and before a six-month deployment, Sara and Robert eloped at the Colorado Springs DMV, a promise that meant everything. On New Year's Eve 2025, surrounded by close friends at a Blue Ridge Mountain cabin in Georgia, the proposal happened over pizza, beer, and a fire pit! Sara had no idea, and it was absolutely perfect. Now, after a gorgeous ceremony at Spruce Mountain Ranch, a dog named Pearl, and Colorado as their home, they cannot wait to see what the next chapter holds. 🎉

Hi, have you met Marina? 🤝She has been a part of the Spruce Mountain Ranch team for 6 months and has been coming to the venue since 2021.

She loves the welcoming and creative team. “We all come from different backgrounds and show up with the same passion to make events happen with joy and ease.“ 💕

Her advice for couples? 🙌 “Take advantage of all the beautiful views on the property. Add depth to your photos. Fly around like the two lovebirds you are!!” ☺️🤍
