Saturday night, The Dalí Museum transformed into Mount Olympus — where art met mythology, and creativity took center stage.
Guests wandered through a world of light, sound, and surreal design, surrounded by live performances, immersive installations, and flavors as imaginative as Dalí himself.

It was an immersive evening designed to bring Tampa Bay event professionals together in one of St. Pete’s most iconic spaces.

We had the pleasure of producing a corporate event at The Chihuly Collection—featuring a live glassblowing demonstration, cocktails surrounded by breathtaking glass art, and dinner on the terrace under the glow of the city lights, beautifully catered by Good Food Events + Catering.

Professional Event Staffing
uDream Events is the one of the largest providers of hospitality staff for special events & festivals in Tampa Bay, Sarasota, Orlando & surrounding areas. We offer professional, bright, articulate individuals who understand hospitality and enjoy working fast paced, high-end events.
This service is designed for the client or vendor who has everything under control but needs additional staff to help execute the service. Our professional staffing agency includes bartenders, bussers, catering service staff, delivery crew, model and promo staff as well as event management.
Custom Event Rentals
We create hand crafted unique items that only uDream Events offers with our in-house fabrication such as our fully equipped mobile bars with a patent on the design. Our inventory also includes cocktail tables, glassware, décor and much more. View our rental catalog for new inventory. We include full-service delivery, setup, breakdown and pickup for your event.
Mobile Bar Service
uDream Events offers licensed and insured mobile bar services. We combine our professional event staffing, custom event rental and a tailored beverage package to create the perfect bar service for your event needs. We offer a variety of packages to choose from and build custom cocktail menus to wow your guests!
Insurance & Liquor Liability
We provide an extensive general liability for services and staff as well as a separate liquor liability insurance policy for all events. Protect yourself with professional insured bar services. How We Got Started
uDream Events began in 2007 as a mobile bar service with a crew of 8. Within two years we grew our staffing to over 75 professional event staff and began building custom event rentals.
By 2012, we expanded and launched 4 branches within our corporation to offer a variety of services for corporate events, weddings, charity fundraisers, private parties and festivals. We specialize in event planning and production and help our clients create memorable events within our community. We now employ over 200 event staff, managers and planners for events throughout Florida.
