2025 pit kings cookoff Thanks everyone for their support. Always a great time hanging with my fellow bbq nerds. Best we can do was a 12 place pork ribs, which was my least confident category lol. As for the rest of the meats my most confident ones judges weren’t on our side. Funny how competitions work sometimes. You win some you lose some, but you live to fight another day.

Laredo Pit Kings cookoff state championship. One of the best cookoffs in Texas, where the best of the best compete. Only meat categories, Proudly got to have a walk with an 8th place chicken out of 75 teams ! And an overall 27th place out of 75 teams.
