The last two weeks have been absolutely packed with school field days, carnivals, celebrations, and special events, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the opportunity to be a part of so many memories.

Before You Book… Ask About Insurance! 🚨

When it comes to party rentals, price isn’t everything.

One of the most important things you should always check before booking any rental company is proper insurance coverage.

Inflatables, tents, equipment, and large setups all come with risk — and if a company isn’t properly insured, you could be the one held responsible if something goes wrong.

💡 Here’s why it matters:
• Protects you, your guests, and your property
• Ensures the company is operating legally and professionally
• Gives you peace of mind during your event
• Required by many parks, schools, and venues

It can be tempting to save a few dollars by going with the cheapest option… but cutting corners on safety is never worth it.

At NWI Party Rental, we take safety seriously and carry proper coverage so you can focus on enjoying your event — not worrying about “what ifs.”

🚨 Important Pricing Update from NWI Party Rental 🚨

We always strive to keep our pricing as affordable and fair as possible for our customers. However, due to the continued rise in fuel costs, we will be making a small adjustment to our delivery fees and dumpster rental pricing.

Fuel prices have climbed to nearly $5 per gallon for gas and $6 per gallon for diesel, and with half of our fleet running on diesel, our operating costs have increased significantly.

We’ve held off as long as we could, but in order to continue providing reliable service, on-time deliveries, and quality equipment, this adjustment is necessary.

💡 What this means:

* Slight increase in delivery fees
* Updated pricing on dumpster rentals
* All other services remain unchanged for now

We truly appreciate your continued support and understanding—it allows us to keep serving our community at the level you expect from us 🙌
