NWI Party Rental is looking for a dependable and motivated Driver to join our team!

📅 Schedule: Mostly Friday–Monday, with occasional Thursday starts and Tuesday wrap-ups depending on rental volume and delivery routes
⏰ Hours: Typically around 40 hours/week (may vary)
💵 Pay: Starting at $16/hr
🚗 Must have a clean driving record

You’ll be delivering and picking up party rentals—tents, inflatables, tables, chairs, and more—across Northwest Indiana and surrounding areas.

🚨 A Friendly but Firm Reminder 🚨

We want to take a moment to thank the overwhelming majority of our amazing customers who treat our team with kindness and respect — it truly means the world to us.

However, we need to address something important:

Rudeness, aggression, and cornering our team members will never get you better or faster service — in fact, it will get you the opposite. Our crew works extremely hard, often in tough conditions, and when an issue arises (which can happen — machines break, weather changes, delays occur), we do our absolute best to respond quickly. Sometimes that means dropping everything and driving 45+ minutes to assist.

If we show up to help and are met with hostility, yelling, or demands — we will leave.
No job is worth subjecting our team to disrespect.

We value our employees’ safety and dignity above all else. Please treat them how you would want your own family to be treated.
