🚨MEMBERSHIP OPENS NEXT WEEK🚨
Back when we launched The Collective in 2019, OG Member & owner of Olga's Food Truck and Catering, Olga Pothorski, was not only one of the first to jump on board, she gave a lot of input as we were creating our business plan. It’s been fun to see our businesses grow/evolve along side each others & collaborate on different projects.
Olga is a force to be reckoned with and is one of the most caring & fun people you will ever meet (if you’ve been lucky enough to take one of her cooking classes, you know what we mean). Mom, wife, business owner, spin instructor, charcuterie queen and The Leslie Knope of Westville (she serves on the town council as the parks liaison) she can really do it all, and we are so thankful to have her as part of our small business community!
Check out our interview with Olga to learn what she’s been up to the last 4 years!
How has your business grown and/or changed in the last four years?
-From complete loss, to complete success! I can’t believe what the last 4 years have brought. Trying to rebuild your business from ash, I’m happy to say I’m truly humbled by all the success and business!
How have you grown personally in the last four years?
-Wow, you live and you learn right? From event to event we just kept getting bigger and better.
What does community mean to you?
-Community is the glue that holds me together. Without it I would fall apart.
What is your favorite part about being in The Collective?
-Everyone! Everyone who I have crossed paths with has always left a positive impact!
