Along with being an officiant, I also offer day of the wedding coordinating. Unfortunately, I cannot do both for one wedding.

For wedding coordinating, I look after all the small and large details to help the big day run smoothly. It is my job to help everyone stay on task, on time, and to make sure all the last minute details are looked after. I do all the vendor communication allowing the couple to focus on having a fun stress free day.

The bottom line is this… Enjoying your ceremony, reception and all of the events surrounding the wedding is EASY when you work with a day of wedding coordinator. Shouldn’t you be able to have a beautiful, stress-free time on one of the biggest and best days of your life?

I have been away for a few weeks. I am a stay at home mom and I have been busy with family life. Since we are on the topic, I would like to introduce my family. I have three beautiful children at earthside, Lucille, Waylon, and Hank. I also lost a daughter Winifred. I am married to the love of my life, Jacob.

We really enjoy the simple things in life; going on walks, trips to eat tacos, and hanging out together.

I am going to be posting weekly about myself, my process as a wedding officiant, and also why it is useful to have a day-of wedding coordinator.

Today, I will start with some details about how I start my process as your wedding officiant.

After being contacted by a couple I may meet with them to go over some details and give them a personalized questionnaire to fill out.

The questionnaire will have general questions about the details of the wedding, about the bridal party, what you want the feel of your ceremony to be, and questions about you two and your relationship.

I really want to get to know you both as a couple, so that I can make your ceremony as uniquely curated to your relationship as possible.

I like to get working on the script right away. A couple reasons for this is so that I can have a rough draft to add to/edit as I get to know you. Also if you want to approve of it, I don’t want it to be fresh in your mind right before the day of the wedding.

I prefer to have a family member or maid of honor review the script rather than the couple, but ultimately it is your choice.

Hi! I am Myranda. I wanted to introduce myself and tell the inspiration behind becoming a wedding officiant.

My best friend and her fiancé at the time, were looking for a wedding officiant. They had a couple people in mind, but they both thought it would be very special to have me lead their wedding ceremony. I fought back for a while, but ultimately decided it was the least I could do to help make their day special. I received my ordination certificate online and put together a wedding ceremony that fit there relationship and personalities. After that day I fell in love with helping create a unique ceremony for couples.

The traditional ceremonies are wonderful, but let’s be honest, they are over done. Why not have vows and exchange words that are unique to your love story? Especially on one of the greatest days of your journey together.
