I will do my best to fulfill them all, but it will be on a first come first serve basis. I wish I could clone me, but I don’t think the universe could handle it. 🤣😊

Good morning everyone! Nona has a large brunch I am catering tomorrow. The bakery at Countryside Stop In market will have fresh cannolis today. However, I am working on tomorrow’s event for a beautiful baby shower and return next week in full swing. I will have Easter goodies that I’ll be posting. Don’t forget to get your Cheesecake order in. I already have approximately 15 orders so far. I look forward to hearing from everybody and seeing you next week. Just whipped these beauties up. Just kidding, 🤣 They were a labor of love because you guys are worth it.
The choices are a blackberry, roasted grape, blueberry cheesecake. Caramel macchiato. Strawberry cheesecake. They are all New York style and quite delicious. 🤤

What’s great on a gloomy cold rainy day? Fresh baked cinnamon rolls with a maple cream cheese frosting. You guys have been asking so I made some this morning. Fresh out of the oven.
 The Bud Light guy came in to stock this morning… so technically we’re down one cinnamon roll 🤣

A couple new offerings today. For my gluten-free sensitive customers. I have a torta Caprese. It’s made with almond flour and three different Ghirardelli chocolates. It’s similar to a flourless chocolate cake.

I have some of most amazing customers! And I thank you all! Customers that come in strangers and leave as family. Julie Stewart gifted me the most adorable gift, or should I say gifts. She has one of the biggest hearts on the planet. I’m blessed to call her my friend.

I did the traditional tiramisu the other day and it’s been a big hit. 💗 I wanted to do something with a little sunshine.☀️

I made one of my favorites today. Traditional tiramisu. This is legit. Old school. Traditional tiramisu has a ton of egg yolks. However, I do cook the egg yolks over a steam bath with sugar and Marsala wine. Of course it has the beautiful mascarpone cheese, heavy, whipping cream, espresso, and beautiful ladyfingers.
