I have been organizing and planning as well as hosting events for some time now. With the push of my close friends and family, I decided to finally take my dream to the next level. Today I will focus on Customer Service. I train and have trained many reps on customer service skills in my professional setting. It is essential that with each customer you encounter or have an interaction with to leave them with the confidence that they are in the right hands. Always, always, always put yourself in that person's shoes. Acknowledge that you are a consumer as well. This shows the customer that you care and can relate to their particular issue.

I take my clients' needs very serious. As your planner and organizer, I vow to ALWAYS put your needs first. I will handle you with care the same way I would want someone to handle me. You will not be disappointed.

The word today is BUDGET. When planning an event, the first thing you must decide on is how much you are willing to spend. Once you determine that, don't steer from it. The goal is to remain really close to that and not go over. Its really gives you a clear vision and makes planning easier.
