Joanne Chang's "Chunky Lola" has all my favorite cookie ingredients in one recipe- oats, chocolate chips, pecans and coconut. You get the best of both worlds in a cookie this size - a crispy exterior with a soft, chewy interior.

I just tried making a batch, and think they turned out pretty great. Planning to make a few every day for the next week.
