While I've always enjoyed selling on Etsy, people who are considering using Etsy as a platform for their own business should be aware of issues that do persist, including always siding with the buyer over the seller. I've contacted the buyer of a nonsensical review with no response, as well as Etsy. Etsy refuses to remove it, as it "doesn't violate any community guidelines" when I reported it for spam. Thanks, Etsy.
