Father God, I thank You for another day and for blessing me with 48 years of life.
This year was hard. I faced depression, painful disappointments, and terrible storms that affected our lives in ways we never expected. There were moments when I felt tired, overwhelmed, and uncertain—but God, You carried us through it all. You protected us, strengthened us, and never left our side.
Thank You for everyone who has entered my life and even those who have left. Although some people were not good to me or right for me, I thank You for every lesson I learned through those experiences.
Father, I even thank You for the people who took advantage of me and did not pay me for the work I completed this year. Although it hurt, I thank You for opening my eyes, revealing their character, and teaching me to move forward with greater wisdom and discernment.
Thank You for carrying me through every high and every low. Thank You for my children, my grandchildren, my husband, my family, and the true friends who have stood beside me through it all.
Most of all, thank You for allowing me to see another year of life. As I celebrate 48 years, I pray that You continue to guide my steps, protect my heart, strengthen my mind and my faith, and bless the years ahead.
The storms came, depression tried to weigh me down, and people disappointed me—but I am still here. By Your grace, I made it through.
I am grateful for everything You have done, everything You are doing, and everything You are preparing for me.
