Responsibilities:

💐 Design beautiful floral arrangements for special events, holidays, and everyday moments
🌱 Care for flowers and plants to keep them fresh and vibrant
🧼 Wash and prepare buckets for fresh flowers
🎁 Wrap and package flowers for delivery or pickup
🌸 Work with a supportive team to create stunning floral pieces
Skills We’re Looking For:

🎨 Previous floral design experience (1+ years preferred)
💐 Strong creativity and attention to detail
🌻 Knowledge of flowers and their care
💬 Excellent communication and customer service skills
💪 Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stay on your feet during your shift

💐 Customer Service Representative

Location: 8741 W. Saginaw Hwy, STE M, Lansing, MI 48917
Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Saturday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $13.00/hour
Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Available

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with floral orders and recommendations

Upsell chocolates, balloons, and other add-ons

Maintain shop cleanliness and organize supplies

Wash and fill flower buckets

File and shred documents

Adapt to various shop tasks as needed

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous retail or floral experience is a plus

🚚 Part-Time Delivery Driver

Location: 8741 W. Saginaw Hwy, STE M, Lansing, MI 48917
Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Saturday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Safely transport floral arrangements to customers

Maintain a clean and professional appearance

Leave delivery notices when customers are unavailable

Wash and prepare flower buckets

Assist with other shop duties as assigned

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and manage physical activity

Neat and professional appearance

Excellent communication and customer service skills
