Every color, texture, shape, and flavor is intentionally selected and arranged to create a display that's as visually stunning as it is delicious. Depending on the size, our displays can take up to 3 hours to assemble.

It was truly a pleasure working with the both of you over the past year and watching your wedding day come to life.
Smokeshow Catering had the opportunity to serve some of our favorite dishes, including herb-crusted chicken with Boursin cream sauce, red wine braised brisket with demi-glace, garlic herb mashed potatoes, four-cheese mac & cheese, and a fresh house salad.

We officially had our first wedding of the summer celebrating Makayla and Nicholas at the beautiful Gable Hill! Every single detail was so beautiful!💐
