A family bid on a 5 course dinner for 10 at Plumstead’s Gala Audition Dinner back in March and last night I delivered.
The dinner went well by starting with artichokes and burrata over micro greens and a lemon vinaigrette, followed by lobster bisque, then a roasted rooted vegetable salad, main course was a surf and turf of Chilean sea bass with oregano pesto and a grilled hangar steak with chimichurri along with asparagus risotto ( two vegetarian dishes of stuffed portobello mushrooms) and finished the dinner with molten lava cakes with a dollop of homemade vanilla gelato..
