Hi, there,
I built my business around preserving what matters most, because I know firsthand how quickly seasons change and how powerful it is to have something to hold onto. What started as a small photography business during a season of life where providing for my family meant everything, grew into something much deeper. Becoming a mother changed how I see time — how fleeting it is, how quickly

moments pass, and how meaningful it is to remember not just what life looked like, but how it felt. I believe photography should feel calm, honest, and human. I don’t chase perfection or stiff poses. Instead, I focus on connection, presence, and the quiet in-between moments — the ones you don’t realize you’ll miss until they’re gone. My role isn’t to direct your story, but to guide you gently through it, creating space for you to be yourself while preserving the moments that matter most. This season with your children is once in a lifetime.
Fall in the Alaskan Wilderness
What an adventure, what a time it truly was.
It goes without saying that Alaska was a once in a lifetime place to live, but looking back, you know what else was?
My children being as tiny as they were.
Atticus was a whopping 8 months old, teething and the happiest boy in the world, as long as mama was holding him. Alexis had just turned 8, loved American girl dolls, having sleepovers and a growing Disney Princess dress collection that would make every little girls jaw drop when they came over. Thank you Grandma.
Those days were once in a lifetime.
That precious girl? She now has a full time job, a boyfriend and the world at her feet.
This sweet baby boy? By the grace of God, I get to homeschool him, but you know at 12 he spends most of his time screaming SIX SEVEN at me. 😂
The only thing that remains from those moments in time?
These images
Proof of the adventures,
the chaos
And the blessings God gave us.

Good morning friends,
It is September 2nd and of course I am insufferable this morning. I am rushing summer out the back door all the while, bright eyed and bushy tailed inviting fall into my maple butter infused, home that is so full of faux autumn leaves one might question my priorities in life. I hope sometime this month a cool breeze will finally reach us, if only for a weekend so we can all pull out our flannels and build a bonfire. Please know there are plenty of "summer lovers" in my inbox enlightening me that this heatwave you look forward is still running its course on us technically but I, will endlessly argue that Disney has hung pumpkins in every corner of the Magic Kingdom, Every good coffee shop has started their autumn offerings and as we all know football starts this weekend. Being the sensible woman I am, that is enough reason for me to declare tis' the damn season.

So in light of that, let's book a family session in the local historic ruins and create images that your great granddaughter is going to hang in her house one day.

September 1st means one thing in my world… it’s officially fall. I don’t care what the Florida weather has to say about it. 😂
And with that, I am officially opening my fall portrait schedule!
This year I’m offering two incredibly special fall experiences:
🍁 HUDSON FOLIAGE SESSIONS
Yes, REAL fall color. In Florida. ✨
Tucked away in Hudson is one of my favorite little hidden locations where the leaves actually begin to change in late September and October. These sessions are warm, nostalgic, a little wild, and filled with all of those beautiful autumn tones we rarely get to experience here.
🍂 GARDENS HISTORIC TICKET BOOTH SESSIONS
This one has my whole storyteller heart.
We’ll be photographing at the historic Dupree Gardens ticket booth, celebrating a beautiful little piece of our community’s history while creating something new within it. I’ll be bringing in fall florals designed to complement the ticket booth rather than overpower it, keeping all of that wonderful old-Florida character intact.
And this season, I’m leaning even further into the artistic side of my work playing with movement, dreamy focus, tiny details and using my artistic lens to create images that feel less like simply documenting what your family looked like…
…and more like remembering what this chapter of your life felt like.
These sessions are for the hand-holding, belly laughs, tiny fingers, windblown hair and all the wonderfully imperfect in-between moments.

I’ve been photographing the Hanson family since their first son, Nolan, was just a little guy, and getting to watch this family grow through my camera has been such an honor. 🥹
The fact that they continue to travel to me year after year to update their family photos means more than I can say. Every time I see them, there is so much joy, so much love, and so much FUN between them and somehow it just keeps getting sweeter.
We had the most gorgeous evening on Honeymoon Island for this year’s photos, and goodness, I love these. 🤍
This is one of my favorite parts of what I do: documenting families through all the little seasons that eventually become the big story of their lives.

I think we've had it all wrong all along.

Sometimes the most beautiful moments aren’t the ones you planned they’re the ones you embrace.

Most of this wedding day unfolded at a cozy Airbnb, but when we stepped onto the beach, the wind had plans of its own. Instead of fighting it, we let it lead. Jeannie twirled into her husband’s arms, her dress danced with every gust, and somehow the wind became part of their love story.

Their vows had me wiping away tears, and these portraits feel every bit as full of that same love.

There’s a verse in Ecclesiastes that says, “Whoever watches the wind will not plant.” If we spend our lives waiting for perfect conditions, we’ll miss the beauty that’s already in front of us.

Sometimes in photography, in marriage, and in life: the best thing you can do is simply move.

And sometimes, that’s where the magic is waiting. 🤍🌊

There is something so timeless about documenting a family exactly as they are in this season of life. 🤍

We spent the afternoon at the beautiful St. Regis in Longboat Key, chasing soft light, salty air, and the moments in between the hugs, the laughter, the little glances that often become the most treasured memories.

These are the photographs that grow more valuable with every passing year.
