Want a sneak peak at what we were doing yesterday?
Making a brides vision a reality!!!
Beautiful day for wedding! 160 guests
Appetizers included sweet & sour meatballs, fresh fruit display and garden veggies
Dinner was providing accent dishes to the trendy food trucks serving pork and grilled cheese.
DBD added our own homemade pasta salad, red potato salad and coleslaw, baked beans, Mac and cheese and Maui onion chips!
Ending w gourmet cupcakes just made the the perfect event!
Congrats to this special couple! 💕

Easy homemade Spaghetti Sauce - enjoy Lancaster Counties roadside ingredients:

3/4 cup chopped onion
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
2 (28 ounce) cans whole peeled
tomatoes
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 bay leaf
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
3/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:

1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, saute onion and garlic in olive oil until onion is translucent. Stir in tomatoes, salt, sugar and bay leaf. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 90 minutes. Stir in tomato paste, basil, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and ground beef/meatballs/additional veggies and simmer 30 minutes more. Serve.
