Just a lil FYI for those baking turkeys. Inject and season the night before then place in an oven bag. The bag goes in the oven and cook breast side down around 315°-325°. Open the bag and flip breast side up to brown and finish to temp. (Around 30-40 min) Internal temp of breast and thigh should be 160-170.
