We have thousands of bargain books priced at .50 and discount books ranging from $1.50-$1.99. Bring in your unwanted books and we'll see what we can use. The trade credit you receive from your used books helps you reduce the price you pay by even more. Instead of paying 50% of the publisher cover price you pay 25% of the cover price instead. That's good on used books instore that are tradable. Note that not all books are.

It’s a holiday Monday and we were hoping to be open but plans change. So we’ll be closed as usual. Have a great holiday INDIGENOUS PEOPLES’ DAY everyone.

We’re back at the bookstore working on our next mini project, clearing out the event space one section at a time. Tables are pushed back, and Toby 🐶 is supervising, of course.

We’re still looking for 12 readers for YA BINGO and 15 for ROMANCE BINGO. We know everyone’s interested, but sign-ups tend to come in just 5-6 days before the event. If you’ve been thinking about joining, please pre-register now! It helps us plan and keeps us from having to push these to a future date. 📚💕

Only four farmers markets left this season! After two slow ones thanks to the AV Fair, we’re hoping for a great turnout tonight. And yes, it’s October and it’s still supposed to hit 94 degrees today. 🥵

Woof, woof! 🐾 For those who follow our posts, but don’t know who Toby 🐶 is —well here he is! This is from 2018 in all his glory.

Also, the AV Fair — over the last two Thursdays thru Sundays — is finally over and we’re hoping for a strong October. Our goal for rent is to sell 900 used books during the month. It’s time for us to get more stock on the shelves for you to browse. Stay tuned to our posts as we get started…again.
