Fri., Sat., or Sun/8hours up to 200 people for $3100.00*
*(Tablecloths, for round tables only, available for an additional $200.00 on all one-day packages. Ivory, Charcoal Grey, Silver Grey, & Rose Gold and overlays in the same colors. Kitchenette will be an additional charge, which will be determined at a later date.)
Or our relaxing, all-weekend package (no overnight stays) where you'll have access to barn and facilities on Friday for setup, Saturday for ceremony and reception, and Sunday for cleanup.. up to 200 people for only $4500.00. Tablecloths & use of kitchentte included in all-weekend package.
Day-of coordinator included in all packages.

We would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about us and our barn. We are Ed & Tash Salisbury. We have lived in Garrard County for almost 15 years where we own and operate SOCOR Enterprises of KY, a steel fabricating company. We started construction of our barn in 2019 and with the exception of 90% of the concrete work and all of the plumbing, we had our hands in every aspect of building... every screw, every bolt, every detail. The entire barn was designed by Ed in his shop and transported to the build site where it was put together by us, our kiddos, Jasmine & Trey and Ed’s talented and loyal right-hand man, Mike Barnes. Origianlly, the plan was to build a barn for a pumpkin patch/apple orchard, however, as it started coming together, we knew we had to offer it for weddings as there were details that made it absolutlely breathtaking, such as the center chandelier that we designed and built. Even before that decision and definitely after, there were countless hours poured into creating a gorgeous, unique venue.
Located just minutes from Highway 27 in Central Kentucky, the barn itself, completely surrounded by a four-plank farm-fence, is a massive 4600 sq. ft. that is nestled on an almost 100 acre farm, with nothing but absolutely magnificent views in every direction. The floors are a stunning, stained concrete that are perfect for your elegant occassion or your casual get-together. Both front and back doors are enormous, sliding doors creating the traditional barn look and feel, not to mention the coveted, grand entrance for the bride making her way down the isle. The covered back porch insures that you and your guests will be comfortable, even with an inclement forecast. There is also a huge sliding, side door that not only lets in the most amazing natural light but, also leads to our patio and kitchenette area with a beautiful, exposed aggregate concrete for an entirely different look.
Ed handcrafted a charming wooden arbor that sets at the end of a concreted walkway for our Clients to exchange their vows. The plush, level, grassy area of our ceremony site is perfect for up to 200 of your closest family and friends.
There are two suites for the couple to get ready in and are included in all our packages. We call them the Bridal Suite and The Gentlemen's Quarters but, we want our prospective Clients to know that we celebrate love in any language and respect any person's decision to spend the rest of their life with the person of their heart's choosing.
Ed also handcrafted all the wooden tables for the wedding party, gifts, food, cake, and even the three bar tables as well.
In addition and should you need more than the wooden tables, there are 20 round tables, seating 8 each, and up to 400 plastic chairs so that you don't have to play 'The Chair Shuffle' from ceremony to reception.
There are several candleabras throughout the barn with battery/remote controlled candles, fairy lights on most columns inside and on the covered back porch, and cafe lights above the patio area. Depending on the time of year and if the temperatures at night stay above 40* consistently, there will be live plants all over the barn, which adds a softness to the rustic vibe.
We have an open vendor policy and allow alcohol served only from a Star certified bartender, who is to remain in complete control of all alcohol, at all times. For the All-Weekend package, alcohol is not permitted on premises on Friday for setup or for Sunday for clean up. It is not required that you hire a caterer, however, it is strongly reccommended. We are in the process of finishing up our kitchenette, for which we will decide the policy for using at later date. What we have decided is that the kitchenette will be for warming and cooling purposes only, and not for prepearing.
Just a short distance from the barn is an ADA restroom building with even more custom, handmade features such as the water fountains and the countertops. We have a large gravel parking lot with lots of over-flow parking as well.
We require that an initial payment of only $500.00 be made at the time of contract signing in order to save your date, which will go towards booking fee. An additional $600.00 refundable security deposit will be worked into the contract and contingent upon no missing/damaged items, will be returned to Client no later than 14 days after event. Payments can be made in any increments at any time, with half of the entire contract amount being paid at the halfway point of signing and the date of event and the remaining balance paid in full no later than 30 days prior to event.
All payments are final.
