This August 16, we’re honoring National Authenticity Day at The Southwest Sanctuary. It’s a day to drop the performance, soften into yourself, and return to the person you were always meant to be.

Join us for a Magical Sunday of music, nourishment, and deep wisdom.

The Flow of the Day:
* 10:00 – 11:30 AM: Brunch & Live Music on the Waterfront Deck. We are thrilled to host the High Desert Trio—bringing their soulful blend of bluegrass, jamgrass, and gypsy jazz to our deck.
* 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Wisdom Healing Qigong with Master Mingtong Gu. Experience practice designed to release the “version of yourself” you were told to be, and receive the wisdom already stored within you.
The land is calling. Bring an elder. Bring a friend. Bring yourself.

Come early to walk the grounds—the cottonwoods have been standing here for five hundred years without once adjusting who they are. Be inspired by their stillness.
