Kerrville holds a special place in our hearts. It was the start of The Take Home Chef experience when we first started. My wife’s brother and sister were able to come stay with us here in Lampasas to get some space from the worst of the flooding but tomorrow morning, they head back to a town that’s been deeply changed.
While Lampasas has seen its share of rain and rising creeks, Kerrville faced devastating floodwaters that left behind destruction and heartbreak. As the cleanup begins, we want to help however we can.
If you have any donations you’d like to send from Lampasas to Kerrville, he can take a few items with him tomorrow. Cleaning supplies, baby items, non-perishables, pet food anything that might bring comfort to someone rebuilding.
Please message us tonight if you’d like to drop something off before they leave.
We’re praying for Kerrville and all those affected.
