One of the best parts of private dinners?

You never know what your guests are going to request.

For one recent wild game dinner, our host harvested and brought the bird himself.

From field to table, every ingredient has a story, and every menu is a little different.

From private chef dinners and curated multi-course experiences to long days working through permits and preparation for the food truck here in Lampasas, this next season feels incredibly special to us.

One thing we never want to lose in the growth of all this is the experience itself.

Whether it’s an elevated dinner at Lonely Oak, an intimate private dining experience in your home, catering for a celebration, or grabbing incredible woodfire-inspired lunches and early evening meals from the truck, our goal is always the same:

Create something people genuinely remember.
