Meet your hosts. Todd, John, Jason and P**i.

Todd and John have been organizing the Denver Noise Fest since 2010 and have been involved in the noise scene since the 1990s under the monikers Novasak and Page 27. When performing together they are known as Zoologist. They have partnered with the DMV since 2025 and work to help create an accessible and safe space for music and media enthusiasts of all types.

Jason and P**i have been running the DMV for 2 years and are the main operators of the establishment. They have been involved with helping organize the Denver Noise Fest since 2024. They are performance driven multi-instrumentalists who play in many collaborative groups and have been active in the noise scene since 2021. Together they will perform as Filidh.

Zoologist is 20 years old and make electronic noise and ambient sound spaces using minimal instrumentation and equipment.

Filidh is a future apocalyptic folk-poet duo.

However, we have some great talent taking their places. Parasocial Normal from Denver and 10,000 Airplanes from Colorado Springs.

Parasocial Normal is the solo project by Ryan Horn. Ryan co-created the Long Island based noise collective Viodre, which has been active for 25 years and has collaborated with many artists including The Haters, Kazumoto Endo, Emil Beaulieau, Bastard Noise and others. Ryan is a physical and visceral performer who drives sound through the physical extension of his body and his raw emotion.

I’ve heard of Alexis long before I was able to actually meet her in person. She has been making harsh noise for over a decade, and I’m extremely happy to have her on the DNF stage.

Anime Love Hotel (Loveland)

Alexis Cadiz is a Florida native who has been playing sample heavy sound collage based harsh noise as Anime Love Hotel since 2015. Themes include early 2000s reality tv, anime, cyberpunk, and loud open mouth crying to express feelings of not wanting to be perceived, high anxiety, disappointment with reality, and the mental weight of being a woman.

Can’t remember the first time I met Don, but I feel like I’ve known him forever. Don is a musician from Boulder CO. He’s been making experimental music since the mid 90s and has over a dozen albums under the name Ancient Inc. This will be his 3rd appearance at Denver Noise Fest. He also runs the massive online store called Mute Elation CD Collection with thousands of noise, industrial, and electronic albums.

I met Eddy over 10 years ago at the International Noise Conference in Miami FL. We’ve played a number of shows together including the St Pete Noise Fest. He a solid staple in the FL noise scene and is a prime example of extreme noise. Looking forward to seeing him again.

Local Denver spotlight. 3 acts from the Denver area. I’ve know Isaac for a long time, but Mandy Josh and Tanner are new to me and I’m anxious to hear what they do.

Isaac Linder

Isaac Linder does not exist as such. They last performed at the Denver Noise Fest in 2010 and are honored to have been invited back. For this performance, they will present a version of Robert Ashley's 1964 composition, "The Wolfman"

Disturbing Taxidermy

Disturbing Taxidermy is an ambient/harsh noise project started in late 2016. Members are revolving with Josh and Mandy as primary contributors.

Erases Eraser

Erases Eraser is an experimental electronic composer and singer from Denver. Their music is a blend of industrial, synth-pop, sound collage, and dark ambient.
