Part two-

Here’s another one of my absolute favorite family sessions. I normally don’t post family sessions on here. However, there’s been an inspiration to potentially take on more family photo sessions although I focus mainly on Wedding Photography. There’s a great need for family sessions and it’s also really fun getting to know families and seeing how they grow every year! Kim has been booking sessions for the past 5 years!!! I love the lighting in these photos. I love the idea of putting little cutie pies in the midst of glorious flowers, and watching them have fun and show affection towards their family and siblings- Delivering products that are meaningful to your family photo album! Cheers to Kim and her family!!
Every year we do a session and she comes up with an incredible location to take her photos and it’s always so much fun to see how much her family grows and how her kids are growing up. AND they enjoy taking photos now. It’s really just a great time all around 🫶🫶

Sitting here thinking about all the photos I’d like to share here, publicly on social media. As a photographer it can be easy to jump on trends and make your work look similar to others.

There were many times I questioned my work based on low social media approval which has made me feel like I needed to post a specific style to be recognized.

However as of lately, maybe life and growing out of imposter syndrome. I’ve been feeling more balanced and wanting to post more work that I feel is more authentically mine. Not based on others, here are a few photos from a wedding that I really enjoyed photographing. A

A little ocean breeze, a veil caught in the sunlight, and the kind of love that makes everything else fade into the background. 🤍

There was something so beautiful about photographing this wedding at Oceanview of Nahant, Massachusetts. From the quiet, intimate moments beneath the veil to the laughter shared with their favorite people, every part of the day felt effortlessly romantic.

I especially loved the contrast between the soft coastal light, the vibrant florals, and those candid, joy-filled moments that tell so much more of the story.

Photographing this wedding at The Riverview in Connecticut was such a beautiful reminder of how much I love colorful summer wedding days. 🌸☀️

The florals were incredible — soft pinks, peaches, blues, and layers of greenery — and when we had the bridesmaids lift their bouquets around her, the sunlight came through perfectly and framed her in the prettiest way. It felt playful, romantic, and completely full of life.

These are the kinds of moments I’m always looking for when I photograph a wedding: beautiful light, genuine joy, and little opportunities to create something that still feels natural to the day.

The Riverview gave us such a gorgeous backdrop for all of it. ✨

Soft, timeless portraits, a little movement, a little mood… and when the light starts disappearing, we’re definitely not done yet.

Give me the moody flash vibes, the low light, and a few cutesy poses after dark. ✨ Sometimes those end-of-the-night portraits have a completely different energy — playful, romantic, and just a little bit cinematic.
