Last weekend we got to cater two seperate birthday parties. It was awesome! It is always such a privilege to have new clients trust us with feeding their friends and family. Not only do we get to see new smiles, but we get to meet new people and hear new stories. Both parties were filled with smiling faces, and everyone’s bellies were full of delicious smoked meats and sides. My favorite story was the Cheez It story. Thank you for trusting us, supporting our local business and your generosity. I can’t wait to see you all again.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of serving 210 hard working skilled tradesmen and their families. Just like last year, we started the day with the Sheet Metal Workers retirees, and ended the night with SMART Local 206. The camaraderie of this group was only topped by their gratitude. We received an incredible amount of compliments, especially on their second and third plates. Once the first plate was served, we didn’t have time to take off our gloves and get videos or pictures because we were hustling to keep the line flowing smoothly. Thanks to all the hard workers out there that keep our country going strong. We appreciate you all and everything you do. Thank you Dave for trusting us with your team, for the sick knives and the overwhelming gratuity. You make a real difference.

In case you were wondering, turkey is not brisket or pork, it is not smoked slow and low. Get that smoker up around 325 so you get that crispy skin and juicy meat. Otherwise, you might as well throw the bird in the microwave at power level 4! HAPPY THANKSGIVING, thank you all for the love and support!

Got this message from Brendan from AM1170 about our first ever radio commercial. I hope everyone can tune in and hear what he’s gotta say about Worth It BBQ.

-Hey Christian! So here is all the information you need and I will be posting this on Facebook too publicly tomorrow.

The show is going to be next Sunday at noon PST on FM 96.1 and AM 1170 The Answer. The show is for the whole hour (noon to 1 PM).

Also, if you want it, on Saturday we will have the exact same pulled pork, brisket, Mac n cheez and potato salad that he’ll be taking about. The food you can eat on Saturday will be talked about live on Sunday.

These bad boys are quickly becoming our new favorite item, and we’re selling them cheaper than normal this week. We will have a limited amount of slow smoked bone in beef short ribs available for delivery on Tuesday evening. A full rack (4 ribs) is $60 or individual ribs are $20.
