Every venue experience includes tables and white chairs, décor lighting, stage, sound system and microphone, bar area with cooler and ice machine, prep kitchen, changing room, Wi‑Fi, parking and outside-vendor flexibility with a valid COI.

7% sales tax is added. A $300 non-refundable retainer secures your date. A separate $300 refundable security deposit is returned within 72 hours after your event when no damage occurs.
