to the time opened up a Light Sport Class—and former President took 1st place in its debut at the Central Florida Classic STOL Competition, held on the Paradise City Grass Strip at the SUN 'n FUN Campus back in 2022. 🏁✈️

Nick flew the Aero Club’s Cub, and had the shortest takeoff in the class at 150' and landed in just 182', securing the win and setting the bar for Light Sport STOL! 🏆💪

The Lakeland Aero Club Students built this airplane through a collaboration with the Patriot Aircraft Builder Assist Program!
