Four unforgettable events, one extraordinary weekend. ✨

Shelly & Sam’s wedding celebration at the stunning Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, FL was designed to delight guests at every turn.

The festivities began with a rooftop Haldi where vibrant yellow carnations and sunny orange details popped against the endless blue skies. “We wanted it to be fun, bright, and airy,” shares Shelly, and the modern twist on this beloved tradition set the perfect tone for the days ahead.

That evening, guests were transported to a jewel-toned Sangeet inspired by the markets of Old Delhi. Food stalls, mehendi artists, and a 360-degree bar invited everyone to mingle before the dance floor came alive.

The next day, the couple exchanged vows in a breathtaking outdoor ceremony overlooking the ocean. A cascading ombre mandap of orange, yellow, & pink florals with lush greenery framed their vows while a classic pop of bridal red honored tradition. ❤️

For the grand reception, guests stepped into a Tuscan dream - lush florals, candelabras, golden draping, sparkling chandeliers, and even full-size trees created a romantic garden escape. “Italy holds a special place in our hearts,” says Shelly, “so we wanted to transport our guests to that timeless, elegant feeling.”

A wedding weekend that was equal parts vibrant, heartfelt, and undeniably luxurious - planned with purpose, designed for discerning hearts. 💜✨

A reception as captivating as their love story. 🌹

Umama & Amit hand the ballroom at Loews Coral Gables transformed into a deep red dream of roses, candlelight, and serpentine tables topped with glowing lamps. The effect was moody, magnetic, and perfectly reflective of their wedding motto: grand, yet intimate. ✨

True to their thoughtful approach, the couple invited guests to dress to the nines in Miami style. “Contrary to popular belief, we believe it is inclusive to provide guidelines for guest wear… Context can lead to more informed confidence in their creativity,” they shared. Their philosophy? Look good. Feel good. Do good. ❤️

This wasn’t just a party, it was an invitation to learn. “This isn’t cultural appropriation. This is an appreciation for our culture through our beautiful clothing,” said Umama & Amit, who welcomed guests to explore the meaning behind every garment and embrace the richness of their Punjabi Hindu and Bangladeshi Muslim traditions.

A wedding as vibrant and artful as its setting 🎨✨

Stacy & Andy celebrated their love at the remarkable Norton Museum of Art, where every detail felt like a masterpiece.

Stacy turned heads in a dreamy lavender gown for the ceremony and reception, later changing into a chic mini dress to dance the night away. 💜🤍

The outdoor ceremony glowed in vibrant sunset tones of red, orange, magenta, and lavender, framed by palm trees and statues for a look that was trendy, colorful, and unforgettable. Guests enjoyed an alfresco cocktail hour with the soulful sounds of on the tabla while the newlyweds took portraits among the museum’s stunning artwork.

For the reception, tables were dressed in classic, chic, and glam style with centerpieces that literally rained roses — a floral dream that carried the ceremony’s color story into the night. And when the formalities ended, the party truly began with a high-energy performance by Yung Joc (yes, including “It’s Goin’ Down”) that kept guests on their feet until the very last song.

Suyashi & Luke’s backyard became a canvas of color & culture - pergolas draped in marigolds, palm trees spiraled in orange & yellow blooms, & a dance floor that invited both laughter & tradition.

Soft, luxurious seating embraced the celebration, while tables glowed with lanterns, flowers in mismatched vases, & flickering votives - each detail chosen to feel effortless yet extraordinary.

From the moment of the bridal entry (with Nandheesh sneaking a peek!), to Jeelakarra Bellam, the tying of the mangal sutra, garland exchanges, playful wedding games, & their joyful recession - each tradition was a celebration of love, culture, & partnership. ✨

Sadhana shared that their vision came together by balancing elegance, warmth, & inclusivity with guest experience in mind. Through thoughtful conversations with their priest, they ensured each ritual highlighted equality & harmony, the foundation of their marriage.

In 2011, Eventrics launched a new signature wedding planning and coordination service appropriately named Eventrics Weddings.

After starting the company in 2006, Eventrics company President Sherrin Smyers, identified a significant need for these services in the market. “The expansion into wedding planning was a natural fit for our company and allows us to deliver exceptional service with genuine compassion for our brides”

In 2016 lead Wedding Planner, Brittany Ellis Cole acquired, Eventrics Weddings. She takes her nine years of industry knowledge and experience to continue to provide a high level of services for Clients. Together the Eventrics Weddings team has over 12 years of special event planning experience.
