This past weekend, we proudly unveiled the America 250 Patriot Marker at Monceaux Park in West Palm Beach, a lasting tribute to the Patriots who helped secure our nation’s freedom.

As we approach the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence in 2026, West Palm Beach stands united with communities across the country in honoring our shared history and the values of liberty and democracy.

Special thanks to the Henry Morrison Flagler Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution for their leadership in bringing this meaningful marker to our City.

Together, let us carry this spirit of remembrance and pride into the future.

We’ve received reports of emails pretending to be Sheriff Ric Bradshaw claiming you’re “on a list” and that the FDIC will contact you. This is a scam.

• The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office will not email or call you asking for personal, financial, or banking information.
• Do not reply, click links, or call any phone numbers in the message.
• Delete the message, block the sender, and report it to your email provider.
• If you want us to know about it, screenshot the email and send it via DM to one of our verified PBSO social channels or bring it to your local law-enforcement agency.

Stay alert — scammers are getting more convincing. Spread the word so someone else doesn’t get fooled.
