Work of Ice was Renee Jardines first catering business which she has now incorporated into Cafe' Delish Catering. She has been creating ice magic for years and loves to infuse ice with food. Having created hundreds of ice sculptures, ice plates, ice candles, ice platters, custom ice cubes, and ice luges for parties and events through the years, Renee has also developed molds that allow her to created sculptures with less effort, greater consistency and affordability!
