Did you know there are a few things you can do to prepare before your Water Slide is delivered? While we handle the setup and takedown, some yard preparation can go a long way toward ensuring a safer, smoother, and more enjoyable day. Here are some tips:
1. **Choose a Flat, Grassy Area** 🌿 – Water slides require a safe space for anchoring and draining. Look for a clear area that is free of toys, sticks, or debris. Also, make sure the area is flat.
2. **Check Your Water Access** 🚿 – You will need a working outdoor hose connection within 50 to 100 feet of the setup location. *Please note that we do not supply the hose.
3. **Turn Off Your Sprinklers** 💧 – It’s best to turn them off the night before the delivery to prevent oversaturation and mud.
4. **Ensure Accessibility Through Gates or Fences** 🚪 – If the setup area is enclosed, double-check that the gate is unlocked and wide enough for our equipment to pass through.
5. **Have a Power Outlet Nearby** ⚡ – We’ll need access to a standard power outlet for the blower. If one isn’t close, please let us know, as we have alternative solutions. *We will provide the cords.
6. **Avoid Mowing Your Grass 2-3 Days Before Delivery** 🌱 – This will help keep grass clippings off the slide.
