Some weddings are beautiful. Some weddings are fun. And every once in a while, a wedding comes along that reminds you why you do what you do.

Last weekend was one of those weddings.

From the incredible bride and groom to their families and friends, every person who stepped onto our property brought kindness, gratitude, joy, and genuine love with them. The laughter was contagious, the happy tears were plentiful, and the sense of community and family was something truly special.

As venue owners, we have the privilege of witnessing many love stories, but this one will stay with us for a very long time. Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of such a perfect day. Your love for one another and the way you treated everyone around you made an unforgettable impact on all of us.

Cocktail hour is so much more than just the time between the ceremony and reception.

Lately, we've had more couples wanting to attend their cocktail hour, and I am completely on board when the timeline allows! It's the perfect opportunity to mix and mingle with your guests, have a few conversations, and soak in the excitement of the day before the reception begins.

It's also a perfect time for your guests to reconnect with friends and family they may not have seen in a while or meet new people they'll be celebrating alongside all evening.

If spending time with your guests during cocktail hour is important to you, we'll make it a priority when creating your timeline. By scheduling photos earlier in the day, we can maximize the amount of time you get to enjoy that hour with the people you love most.
