We were blessed to supply a tent, round tables and chairs for this Graduation party for the sweetest young lady. Her mama did a fantastic job decorating for this milestone event.

Sometimes Mother Nature has different plans for the wedding day. We worked late into the night to set a reception area for this couple in Georgia. The set up ended up looking different than the original plan but it will be a drier plan. We have sides available to protect guests, food, and the dance floor from wet weather. The two tents provided a 40x40 covered area to celebrate and dance the night away.

Today’s bride dreamed of getting married outside so we set up one hundred chairs to help bring her vision to life.

Thursday Set Up to accommodate wedding a rehearsal. All of our 20x40 tents were rented for the weekend but we placed two 20x20 tents together to cover the same area as the larger tents. Our tents fit perfectly together to create one covered area of up to 40x60.

This is what a crazy busy 5 days looks like. Not much is left. But…….we are able to fill everyone’s rental requests. Only 8 tents to put up and take down by Sunday.

We recently provided seating for the Governor DeSantis’ presentation of a beautiful statue of James Madison in Madison County. This is part of Florida’s 250 year celebration of America. If you get a chance to attend one of these presentations this year, we encourage you to do so.
