You deserve to feel. There's so much s**t going on. You're so distracted from the essence of who you are.
Of course there's times where you're going to feel frazzled. Overwhelmed. You're a magnificent human creative being in physical form on a dense planet.
But *it's your birthright* to discover your peace in the chaos. Take this time for you because heling you heals the whole world. Pause if you need to take a minute.
Light something. Candle. Incense. Put some oil in the diffuser. Make sure you're cozy. Grab a sweater or a pillow. Another comfort item to either sit or lie down with Splash your face with some water or some aura spray.
These actions ground your frequency.
Are you ready?
Okay.
Grounding down..down....down.....d o w n... and let the high buzz from your day wear off, evaporating into the room leaving you with the sinking heavy base notes.
You're settling into your bad bitch mode. Trust it.
Check in with your body now. Let a tiny smile dance across your face as you greet this miraculous vessel.
Look for any tight spots that feel discomfort or heat. Use both hands to touch these areas with a firm pressure and:
Breathe in (1, 2, 3, 4)
Breathe out (4, 3, 2, 1)
Using your internal healing power, rub golden healing energy into the area. Gently place both hands over your eyes. Breathe in deep.... Exhale. Drag your hands back around your ears. Down your neck until they fall into your lap.
Soft and still.
You are now in receiving mode. The top of your head, the crown Chakra opens to pull in these truths from your higher self.
Listen, bitch.
You are amazing. Your energy is immaculate. You really see people. You are present with their energy. And compassionate. They are addicted to you.
You are a magnet of good vibes no matter how tired you are, they feel your radiance. No makeup up on, sticky arm pits; you radiate joy, peace, freedom. They crave you.
You protect your precious energy with strong boundaries. You do not over give. Just play enough for them to get inspired. And walk away. Have a nice day, bitch.
With a gentle smile because they are magnificent, too
They just can't see it yet.
The discovery will some day level them, but for now? You are simply a mirror shining back to them their greatest self. Their cheerleader for being dope, living their best life.
It costs nothing to be radiant!
You have access to endless wealth.
Abundance of good vibes which you cannot buy in any store.
You were born for this. Shining your light to the world! Even when you say "no" or disappoint people, they feel your goodness.
Your value only increases when you set boundaries!
Your power only increases when you communicate your needs!
You don't owe anyone anything.
You are so unique. You are so powerful. In a world where money and clout is valued the most? They are mistaken! It is not sustainable to believe in lack. Your joy is greater than most you meet. It's so clear to you now.
Social media is a highlight reel..
A sweet attempt by humans to feel worthy, but are deeply insecure. Depressed. Ego driven. Unable to question why. But you....
Question everything.
True power comes from self love and action. Committing to your passion rather trying to fit into the culture.
Of course you feel fear when you express youself. You don't fit the narrative. You are breaking the mold now. You are extremely rare.
Your gifts are needed. Your art is important. Holding all these delicious truths you now close out the top of your head--sealing in the goodness.
You are transformed. The golden orb in your heart space expands with renewed strength like you had as a child.
This is your true essense. You deserve to feel your greatness. You deserve to let go of stupid s**t. Let's do it together.
Take a deep breathe in (1, 2, 3, 4)
Now exhaling any sticky leftovers of negative energy (4, 3, 2, 1)
One more deep breathe in (1, 2, 3, 4) The golden heart energy filling you up and exhaling slowly to let go of these final bits... revealing a new you.
Rest in your powerful, new perspective.
